Retrieval 2019 - Registration
Scotland's Emergency Medical Retrieval Service is proud to announce the programme for the Retrieval 2019 conference. This year we have paired the event with the Royal College of Surgeon’s Diploma in Retrieval Medicine examination. Both events are taking place in Scotland during #RetrievalWeek which runs from the 29th of April to the 3rd of May.
This year’s conference has more international speakers than ever before. We have presentations from retrievalists from the Queensland, Adelaide, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, Albuquerque and Hungary. Retrieval 2019 has a diverse range of talks and session topics. These include life after retrieval medicine, high pressure performance, pre-hospital care in difficult access environments, technological support for retrieval medicine and lessons from special forces operations. The programme can be downloaded here.
The pre-conference trip this year takes place on Wednesday 1st May. We are taking a boat trip on Loch Lomond followed by dinner in the village of Luss. This is always a popular and high enjoyable trip.
Every year tickets for the Retrieval conference sell out well in advance of the event. If you would like to join us for the conference and #RetrievalWeek in Scotland we would advise early registration.
We look forward to seeing you in Glasgow in May
